We can get started as soon as we have a signed Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Signature to first underpayments identified can be as few as 30 days, depending on how quickly our clients can dedicate the time to identify and align IT support. We prefer to move quickly from contracting to data extract to our review so we can deliver the ROI we've promised as quickly as possible.
We only need a few things to get started:
- 1. A signed Services Agreement with terms and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
- 2. A claims data extract of agreed upon dates of service time frame based on Revalyst proprietary data specifications
- 3. System access for Revalyst consultants (i.e. EHR / EMR, claims clearinghouse, etc.)
- 4. Copy of Managed Care Contracts to inform our expected reimbursement pricing
We prefer to complete our reviews with as minimal disruption as possible. We request up to 2 hours a week from a single project sponsor, though we typically require much less time. To get started, we estimate as few as 8 hours of IT support to create our claims data extract. After that, we typically meet monthly with identified stakeholders to update on progress, results and needs.
